The “Dimora Rugiada” is a flat on the second floor in the antique “Palazzo Sirolli” located in the heart of Chieti.

The building, constructed in 1645, belonged to a noble merchant, and over the ages it has witnessed several ­­changes as usual during the period.

Its preservative restoration was completed in September 2019 and being a building of historic interest and protected by the Ministry of Art and Architecture, the antique floor was restored and kept, as well as the large wooden windows.

The flat with its high vaulted ceilings, consists of a hall, living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and can host up to four people, of which two to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed.

The “DR” has been conceived to give guests a memorable stay in the antique atmosphere that this building offers thanks to the courtyards, the arches and the precious floors. 

Going out from the big main door, we arrive in few steps in the real soul of the old “Teate” made for enjoying get-togethers and chats in the bars.

Whilst the “Dimora Rugiada” is also a place to relax for all who want to read a good book in a suggestive and elegant environment, perhaps after visiting museums or attending a play at the “Marrucino” theatre.

A public parking area is only few meters from the building and the bus stop only 2 minutes away on foot.
